“I have been deeply connected with the sport of wrestling since my childhood, and it has been an integral part of my journey both personally and professionally. My active involvement in the field began in 2011 from the state of Jharkhand, and over the years, I have dedicated myself to the development and promotion of traditional wrestling across India.

As the General Secretary of the All India Traditional Wrestling & Pankration Federation (AITWPF), I am committed to preserving our rich heritage of indigenous martial arts and taking it to greater heights. Wrestling, especially Traditional Wrestling and Belt Wrestling (Alysh), holds deep cultural significance and teaches discipline, strength, and respect.

Through our efforts, we aim to bring these traditional combat sports into the mainstream by nurturing young talent, organizing national and international championships, and ensuring global recognition for India’s traditional wrestling forms.”
